Classes
Mysore style class
Self-paced class of practicing the traditional way of Ashtanga yoga. Everyone works at their own pace. Beginners will be guided through the series pose-by-pose based on their individual progress, while advanced practitioners look to deepen the practice are allowed more independence, getting adjustments and assistance when needed.
Restorative yoga
A style of yoga with the support of props that practice at a slow pace, following on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.
Led class
Class will be traditional counted of each posture. By counting every inhale and exhale at a steady pace, the group moves and breathes together. The practice becomes one mind and one breath, is an opportunity to increase both internal and external strength.
Fundamental class
Class will be based on basic yoga fundamentals which are alignment, anatomy, force, limitation and individuality which help building strength, flexibility and understanding of the body.
Meditation
Quiet sitting class practice of mind to become peaceful and come back to present movement.
